Emma McKeon is eyeing another medal in Budapest.

MULTI-MEDALLIST Emma McKeon dived back into the water for her ninth race in four-and-a-half days at the world championships, qualifying comfortably for the 100m freestyle semi-finals.

After winning four silver medals already, McKeon said she was coping well physically with the workload that comes with contesting seven events in a week at the highest level.

“It’s my ninth race so I knew that this morning would be quite challenging just to get myself going,” she said.

“Bohly (her coach Michael Bohl) set me a different sort of warm up from the one I’ve been doing all week long and I think that helped me to refresh my mind a bit.”
