Fresh twist in Ristevski murder

Reports the husband of murdered woman Karen Ristevski can’t account for part of the day she went missing.

A BLACK Mercedes coupe has been seen on the back of a tow truck outside the home of murdered Melbourne woman Karen Ristevski.

It comes five months after her body was discovered between two logs in dense bushland and just over a year since she disappeared from her home.

Neighbours reported seeing the car, sealed in yellow tape, being loaded onto the tow truck about 12.50pm today. It was reportedly identical to the one owned by Ms Ristevski, which was captured on CCTV the day of her disappearance.

A caller told Victorian radio station 3AW the two-door late model car was put on the truck at Avondale Heights about 1.20pm. An unmarked police car with flashing lights reportedly escorted the truck from the home.
