A MAN who took part in the rape of an unconscious teenager at an Australia Day party in Brisbane has been given a suspended 18-month sentence.

Frazer John Eaton stood still as the sentence was handed down at the Brisbane District Court this morning.

The 23-year-old and three friends attacked the 18-year-old victim while he was drunk and passed out at party in 2015, with Eaton holding the young man’s shoulders while a co-accused assaulted him with a beer bottle.

A third held his legs while a fourth filmed the incident.
