NSW Blues drop Origin coaching bombshell

AFTER over a fortnight of uncertainty, NSW has made a call.

A damning Origin III loss to Queensland at Suncorp Stadium handed the Blues yet another series loss under coach Laurie Daley.

Speculation hung over the 47-year-old’s future as the Blues dropped their 11th series in 12 years. But now he’s got another chance at pulling NSW out of the dumps.

FOX Sports reporter James Hooper revealed Daley will be given another year at the helm of the embattled Blues camp on Thursday night.

NSW legend Ryan Girdler said the decision from the Blues administration was far from what NSW need after their horror end to 2017
