Police raid homes over high-end car syndicate

TWO men have been charged over the co-ordinated theft of high performance cars during break-ins across Sydney and on the Central Coast.

Police from the Tactical Operations Unit raided homes at Greystanes and Plumpton about 9am yesterday, arresting two men over their alleged role in the syndicate.

The men — aged 20 and 21 — were charged with various offences and were refused bail to appear at Mt Druitt and Fairfield Local Courts respectively.

Police will address the media later today.
