Seven healthy one pot wonders for winter

This dish smells, looks and tastes amazing.

Tonight is the night you should make this Moroccan chicken bake. It’s vibrant, full of Moroccan spices, Sicilian olives and topped with the a dollop of Greek yoghurt. All the things that make you feel like you’re eating something exotic. The hardest part about this dish will be waiting around while it cooks.

We know these Tuscan beans with sausage and marjoram look like breakfast, and they very well might be, but what’s so wrong with having breakfast for dinner anyway? Let these beans simmer away to ensure they develop maximum flavour, then dish them up alongside some homemade garlic bread and a crumbling of goat’s cheese. The best part is that this recipe makes six. So if you only have four friends, that’s a shame, but at least tomorrow’s breakfast is sorted.
