AFL trade news as Collingwood Magpies ‘coming hard, late’ for Jeremy Cameron


The Magpies have reportedly made a late and strong attempt to land the signature of Jeremy Cameron for the 2021 season.

There have been rumours flying in recent times that Collingwood could be looking to offload some big-name players such as Adam Treloar, it all makes sense if they’re planning to offer a big-money deal.

7NEWS’ Tom Browne reported the possibility on Saturday, saying he was getting the impression that the Giants believe the Magpies are involved in discussions with the 2019 Coleman Medallist.

“Strong impression the Giants believe Collingwood has become the third club into Jeremy Cameron, coming hard late.

“It would explain Pies not overpaying De Goey and encouraging Treloar to move.”
