Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has explained the State’s new coronavirus mask requirements — using a very Aussie pastime as an example.

Mr Andrews today announced a raft changes that would take effect from midnight tonight, as the State extended its run of no community transmission cases to 23 straight days.

“We’re making a fundamental change: masks will be required inside, in all settings inside,” he said.
