While many retailers are turning online to launch their business two Ulverstone siblings are brining their digital success to their home town’s main street. Olivia and Layton Kelly are opening NWC Vintage on Reiby St offering a range of rare vintage finds from the ’80s and 90’s including band t-shirts and doc martens in a push against fast fashion. “I think it gives something different to Tasmania because we don’t really have vintage stores and it is something alternative,” Olivia said. “We have been brought up always getting second hand clothes and that is why we love it.
