INDIANAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Simon Property Group Acquisition Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “SPGS.U” commencing on February 19, 2021.
