Cubans at Sea for 16 Days Rescued After Vessel Capsizes Off Florida Coast


Eight Cubans who were at sea for more than 16 days were rescued after their makeshift vessel capsized off the coast of St Lucie County, Florida, on February 21, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office said. In a post on Facebook, the sheriff’s office said reports came on Sunday evening of a vessel in distress off Waveland Beach.
