An apartment developer is offering a home in a swanky new residential tower for a home seeker who can pass a toy-related test – but they will need plenty of luck.
The $550,000 apartment in the Paramount on Parkes development in Parramatta will be given away to the person who guesses the closest number of toy bricks contained in a replica of the tower.
The replica built by Cade Franklin, who was crowned the 2019 winner of LEGO Masters, will be on display at Parramatta Eels home games this season.
