About 60 properties from agencies spanning the length of the Coast were up for sale, with a large percentage of those being snapped up before the auction.
Held at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort and the Gold Coast Turf Club, the dual event attracted more than 400 people to both venues with a further 100 tuning in online.
