Construction is booming in Queensland’s South East – just count the cranes dotting Brisbane’s skyline 🏗️ The ‘crane index’ was a term coined in the 1980s as a quick measure of economic growth. The more cranes you can see working on big construction projects, the stronger the economy. According to the RLB Crane Index, right now there are 71 cranes active across Brisbane at projects such as Queen’s Wharf and Brisbane South State Secondary College. That’s 21 more than last month – a positive sign of confidence in Queensland’s economic recovery. #qldjobs
