Geelong has recorded 19 new cases of coronavirus.
Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton said that most are linked to known outbreaks.
There was just 1 case on the Surf Coast.
Wyndham recorded 186 new cases.
It comes as Victoria has recorded 1,838 new cases…
