Louis Dreyfus takes the lead with new price in battle for Namoi | Farm Online

In a bid to quickly mop up as many Namoi shares as possible, the Netherlands-headquartered farm commodities trading giant has warned shareholders that if Olam’s share offer did not become unconditional, or closed, Namoi’s share market price could fall below LDC’s new offer.
