THERE is only ever one chance to make a great first impression and when the owner of this Eastern Shore property first laid eyes on her block of land, she knew it was something special.
A handful of years ago, the homeowner got her first look at No.22 Tianna Road one evening.
“I had a look at the block at night and the view simply blew me away,” she said.
“I went back for another look in daylight and realised it was going to be a difficult block to build on.
“It has an odd shape, is on a hill and it was rocky.
“So I sent my father, who is an architect, the link and asked him if he thought he could design me something to fit — and he was thankfully up for the challenge.”
