IBAC inquiry: Who is Luke Donnellan?

Luke Donnellan was born in Melbourne in 1966 and attended Xavier College in Kew. The former aged care minister, who quit the cabinet on Monday, began his working life as a milkman while studying commerce at Melbourne University and rowing for the university team.
