New quarantine rules announced for SA ahead of border reopening

South Australia has released its plan for living with COVID-19, as borders open up on November 23.

Under the plan, vaccinated close contacts of positive cases will still need to quarantine for seven days, while unvaccinated close contacts will need to quarantine for 14 days.
