China’s behaviour calls for more ‘serious’ action than a diplomatic boycott of Olympics

Australian NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham has called for a further boycott of the Winter Olympics, claiming China’s actions over the last few years is “more serious” than a diplomatic boycott. “Australians, by and large, we don’t take much interest in the Winter Olympics,” Mr Latham said. “I’m not too sure many people in our country and around the world are gonna be sitting up and taking notice of the fact that diplomats and government ministers aren’t going to another Olympic event. “I think it’s more serious than a couple of diplomats and government ministers not getting nice seats at the Winter Olympics.”
