Huge explosion in Canberra shop leaves one person in hospital with burns

One person has been taken to hospital with burns after a building explosion in Canberra on Monday.

The explosion took place at a building on Rae Street, Belconnen.

ACT Fire and Rescue said the cause of the fire was unknown and the scene would be handed over to police.
