A busy Perth cafe strip has been rattled by a homemade bomb that was allegedly planted by a jilted lover during the lunchtime rush.
It exploded outside popular chain restaurant Zambrero in Leederville around 1.30pm on Thursday, sending shrapnel through the air that just narrowly missed diners.
