‘Very hard to tell’ if Boris Johnson will survive as PM

It is “very hard to tell” if Boris Johnson is going to survive as UK prime minister, according to former foreign minister Alexander Downer.

Mr Johnson is under pressure to resign following a series of parties held at Downing Street when the country was under a strict lockdown.
