Transport Canberra fined $375,000 after worker crushed during bus maintenance and left with ‘ongoing trauma’

The ACT Industrial Court has ordered Transport Canberra and City Services to pay more than $400,000 after a worker was crushed in a bus maintenance accident.

The worker suffered fractured ribs and two partially collapsed lungs which he says have caused “ongoing trauma”.
