The haunted history of the Countess of Dundonald tiara

It was sometime during this unhappy union that Winifred also acquired the Dundonald Tiara. Featuring a motif of dog rose flower heads, buds and leaves, the tiara is set throughout with circular cut paste, the original stones having been donated to the church.
