Bulls’ Burns makes timely runs in Shield

As an Ashes slot opens up, Queenslander Joe Burns is making some timely runs against South Australia in their Sheffield Shield clash.

Burns is unbeaten on 46 but Marnus Labuschange made only eight as the Bulls reached 2-78 at lunch on Friday’s opening day at Adelaide Oval.
