Man runs down father and son after suffering medical episode behind wheel in Perth

A father and his young son are recovering in hospital after the pair was run down by a driver suffering a medical episode in Perth.

The driver, a man aged 55, became unconscious behind the wheel while driving home from the gym at around 6pm yesterday.
