Syria govt, rivals discuss constitution

Representatives of the Syrian government and the country’s opposition are to work together on the text of a new constitution for the country in the coming days, UN Syria envoy Geir Pedersen says.

Efforts to draft a new constitution for the war-torn country have been ongoing on for two years.
