ACMA’s telco complaints report 2020/21 reveals drop in complaints, longer wait times

Customers are waiting longer to have problems resolved by their telco companies, the industry watchdog has revealed.

Australian customers made over one million complaints to telecommunications companies in the past year and had to wait almost two weeks on average to have them resolved.
