Former NSW Premier Mike Baird fronts ICAC inquiry into Gladys Berejiklian

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell has assessed what has unfolded so far on the third day of the ICAC inquiry into former NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian. 

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption is investigating whether former Premier Berejiklian breached public trust after failing to disclose her secret relationship with the former Wagga Wagga MP Daryl Maguire. 

Former NSW Premier Mike Baird is set to front the ICAC inquiry into Gladys Berejiklian on Wednesday. 

On Wednesday morning, Nigel Blunden, the former Director of Strategy to then-NSW Premier Mike Baird, appeared before ICAC.  

"He has just given evidence that he sent written advice about the $5 million gun club grant that Gladys Berejiklian ushered through on behalf of Daryl Maguire," Mr Clennell told Sky News Australia.
