Events manager at The George on Collins, Katie Parker, says “we’re excited to open our doors again tomorrow”.

It comes as Victorians and businesses ready to exit lockdown in the state.

“It’s all looking good,” Ms Parker told Sky News Australia.

“We’re just happy to be reopened.”
