Labor’s climate target is ‘going to have to be very measured’

Labor powerbroker Graham Richardson says the climate target Labor brings to the next election is “going to have to be very measured”.

“No one wants to be too game and too courageous at this stage of the political cycle,” Mr Richardson told Sky News.

“So, I would have thought that it’ll be a very tame old effort.

“But at least it’s something – whatever comes out of this is better than what we had before.”
