Melbourne to reopen as Victoria closes in on 80 per cent vaccination target

Melbourne is preparing to re-open on Friday with Victoria on the verge of hitting its 80 per cent double dose target.

From 6pm, venues will open their doors, including retail stores, gyms and cinemas.

Weddings and funerals can host up to 500 fully vaccinated people.
