As world leaders gather in Glasgow, support remains divided in the National Party over net zero targets.

On Tuesday, Nationals Senator Matt Canavan told Sky News Australia the COP26 Glasgow climate change conference has been a "complete flop".

"The major emitting countries aren't there – they're certainly not making any commitments to increase their reductions in carbon emission."
