Car fire after vehicle explodes into flames on Melbourne shopping centre rooftop in Glen Waverley

A car exploded into flames on the rooftop of a shopping centre in Melbourne’s east sparking a dramatic response.

Emergency services were called to The Glen around 5pm on Tuesday to reports of explosions and smoke.

The car had burst into flames.
