Hailstones 2-3 cm in size, heavy rain hit Victoria

Heavy rain and hailstones as big as two to three centimetres in diameter hit Victoria on Saturday.

The Bureau of Meteorology said Springvale West had 24 millimetres of rain and Clayton South 21 millimetres in just 15 minutes during the peak of the storm.
