Crime scene declared on Palm Island after man found dead with head injuries

Queensland Police are investigating the suspicious death of a man on Palm Island, off the coast of Townsville.

Police said a man in his 60s was pronounced dead at an address on Creek Road just before 9:30am, suffering serious head injuries.
