Shadow Industrial Relations Minister Tony Burke says Scott Morrison "tries to set up fights" and that when the "going gets tough" the Prime Minister goes missing. "Everything about how Mr Morrison behaves comes down to one principle," Mr Burke told Sky news Australia. "He tries to set up fights, and when the going gets tough, he goes missing.
