A man wielding two knives has stopped traffic and horrified onlookers as he came within inches of slashing another man in Perth’s northern suburbs on Friday afternoon.
The man held two large kitchen knives as he charged and swung his arm towards another man on Wanneroo Road in Balcatta at 2pm.
