Amateur rapper Darrell Edward Brooks charged over Wisconsin Christmas parade carnage that left at least 5 dead

An amateur rapper has been charged by police after an SUV ploughed through a Christmas parade in the US state of Wisconsin.

Darrell Edward Brooks, who goes by the alias MathBoi Fly, was taken into custody in Waukesha after a red Ford Escape sped through the town and ran into marchers.
