Carnarvon man charged with murder over daughter’s death

A Carnarvon man has been charged with murder over the death of his 18-year-old daughter more than 15 years after assaulting her when she was just two years old.

Terrence John Bice, 40, was charged by homicide squad detectives over the death of his daughter Teagan Jade Ferguson.
