COVID quarantiner on the run after escaping Howard Springs facility

NT Police are searching for an unknown person who jumped a fence at the Howard Springs COVID-19 quarantine facility Friday evening and escaped in a waiting white ute on the other side.

A passing motorist reported the incident to police just before 6pm.
