Fire tears through Belmont linen factory as smoke blankets Perth

Plumes of black smoke has billowed across Perth after a fire tore through a linen factory.

More than 40 firefighters responded to the blaze at Atlas Linen on Alexander Rd in Belmont about 6.30am on Sunday.

The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed.
