Risks switching to Labor government ‘beholden by the Greens’

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says there are risks switching to a Labor government which is beholden by the Greens.

The federal election is firming to be held in May, after a March 29 budget.

“I’m sure we will take a very strong election platform towards the Australian people,” Mr Canavan told Sky News Australia.

“Which shows there are risks from going to a Labor government that is beholden to the Greens. Who won’t announce their policies because they are waiting to see what the Greens tell them they should do. 

“I don’t think Australians want that risk and uncertainty.”
