Victoria COVID cases on Monday at 1073 and six deaths

Victoria has recorded another slight COVID-19 case increase with the figures jumping to more than 1000 again.

On Monday, the health department confirmed there had been 1073 cases in the 24 hours until midnight.

There were also six more virus-related deaths.
