Victoria COVID cases on Wednesday are increase at 1312 and five deaths

Victoria has recorded another COVID-19 increase and its biggest case figure in five days.

On Tuesday, the health department confirmed there had been 1312 cases in the 24 hours until midnight.

There were also five more virus-related deaths.
