Queensland COVID cases update: State records biggest COVID spike yet as more mask restrictions are announced

Queensland has recorded its biggest spike in new coronavirus cases to date as further mask mandates are announced.

Another 186 cases were confirmed in the state on Wednesday, compared to 86 new cases a day prior.
