NSW cases top 6000 again as hospitalisation rates spike

New South Wales has recorded 6324 new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.

Three more deaths of people with COVID-19 were also reported.

There are 521 people in hospital with the virus, up from 458 yesterday, with 55 of those in intensive care.
