Earthquake registered in Moe, Gippsland, in Victoria’s east

The 2.8 magnitude tremor, which was three kilometres deep, occurred about 3.24pm on Tuesday.

Its epicentre was recorded near Moe in Gippsland.

Around 48 people have recorded feeling the earthquake.

A man has reported feeling it in Upwey, in Melbourne’s outer east.
