A three-year-old boy is being mourned by the community after he drowned in the NSW Hunter region on Christmas Day.
Oscar Philp, who has been described by family as “our little angel”, was found unresponsive near Fishing Point Rd in Rathmines about 6.30pm and pulled unconscious from the water.
